Regina Byas
Meet Regina, she is the founder and president of Simply Well, LLC and a dedicated and experienced yoga teacher with over 8 years of teaching expertise and 15 years as a passionate practitioner of yoga. She is a certified RYT-500 yoga instructor, Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga and is currently studying Yoga Therapy at Kripalu’s School of Integrative Yoga Therapy. With a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and an Education Specialist degree specializing in learning disabilities, Regina recently retired from a fulfilling career as a school teacher and continues teaching yoga to children and adults.
Her passion lies in helping others discover the transformative power of yoga. Through her teachings, Regina strives to guide individuals on their journey to health and wellness.

Yoga therapeutics combines ancient wisdom and modern science to address individual needs with a holistic approach to promote healing and enhance wellbeing. Offerings are available in 1:1 and group and are formatted to short, 4-6 week series. Contact to customize for your needs.

Sound Healing

Yoga in the Park is offered on a sliding scale basis. Organizers looking to bring yoga to the park for their community can request any number of classes.
Yoga in the Park
Yoga helps kids to Increase body awareness, manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement, build concentration, confidence and positive self-image. Contact Regina to bring yoga to your school or program and customize your population needs.

Yoga for Kids

Create a calm and integrative experience for your team and employees with a corporate yoga session at lunch or as a bookend to the day. Can be done as a series or standalone. Contact to customize your offering.

My Story
In my early thirties, the demands of life seemed to take a toll on my body, manifesting as health issues that left me feeling disconnected and unfulfilled as I struggled to find balance. It became clear to me that I needed to make profound changes to restore my health and vitality.
In my search for healing, I discovered the incredible potential of food as medicine. I immersed myself in the world of nutrition and discovered how whole, nutritious foods could fuel my body and promote healing. I learned to listen to my body’s needs and incorporate a whole food plant rich diet into my daily routine. While I am not a nutrition or health expert, I have studied, lived and read numerous books on health and wellness, taken classes and prepared hundreds of high vibrational whole food plant meals. I have truly lived a healthy lifestyle for the past 14 years of my life mindfully and intentionally nourishing my whole being. I experienced first-hand the life-changing effects of nourishing my body with wholesome ingredients, exploring the concept that what we eat directly impacts how we feel, both physically and emotionally.
At the same time, my love for yoga blossomed. What began as a physical practice soon became an extension of my healing journey, guiding me towards mindfulness and self-acceptance. I found solace in the synchrony of breath and movement, awakening a sense of inner peace and clarity that I had longed for. Yoga not only helped me reconnect with my body but also provided tools for reducing stress, enhancing awareness, and cultivating a balanced state of being.
